Please keep this in mind as you are preparing. (請注意上述事項)
Embu using weapons (sword, jo, etc) is not allowed.(請勿表演劍杖或其他武器技)
Embu Timing (演武時段)
All international groups will give their embu in the second portion of the event, which is currently planned to start at 14:00. (所有國際團體將在第二階段開始表演，目前預計開始時間為下午 2:00)
We will send you more specific information closer to the event. (我們會在接近演武開始前通知 貴會更多的安排細節)
Other reminders (其他事項)
Please keep in mind that you must have a white keiko-gi. (演武必須身著白色道服)
Acceptable belt colors are white or black. (道帶必須為白色或黑色)
Yudansha must wear a hakama over their black belt. (有段者必須著黑帶，再穿著袴)
Please bring sandals or slip-on shoes for use inside the Nippon Budokan. (請攜帶涼鞋或拖鞋於武道館內穿著)
If you will practice at Hombu Dojo before or after the Embukai, please contact us in advance. (如果有需要在大會開始前後使用本部道館進行練習，請再來信討論，安排時段)

伊藤真 合氣道師範（七段）Makoto Ito Aikido Shihan (7th Dan) 2000年於合氣道本部道場就職，3年後成為了合氣道指導員，至今伊藤真 師範定期在日本當地大學社團和國內外合氣道分部道場教學。每年出訪海內外研討會10多次，包含新加坡，馬來西亞，印度尼西亞，白俄羅斯，烏克蘭 ，俄羅斯，保加利亞，迪拜，印度，尼泊爾，法國，巴西等各國講習交流。 In 2000 became Aikikai Hombu Dojo staff, after 3 years live-in student at Hombu Dojo, became instructor, until now teaching Aikido both domestic and overseas, regularly at local college club and branch dojos, visiting Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Dubai, India, Nepal, France, Brazil etc. Having overseas seminar more than 10 times/ year and domestic seminars.

As you may already know, the 14th International Aikido Summit will be held in Tokyo from September 30th through October 6th. The International Aikido Seminar will be held from October 2nd through the 6th.
If there is a group of your members attending the seminar who are also planning to practice at the Aikido Hombu Dojo, please let us know using the form attached to this email (titled “HombuVisit-PriorInfo”).
We expect it to be very busy. Please have participants do the following:
Come to the practice together as one group.
Bring their Aikikai Membership Card or Yudansha Book and submit them all to Hombu Dojo’s front desk together.
Make the payment of the practice fee for that day (2200 JPY per person) as a single payment together, and not each member separately. Exact change is very much appreciated.
From September 25th, the practice fee payment procedure at the front desk will change.
Please fill in the “Practice fee application form” available at the reception, and submit it along with the Aikikai Membership Card.
A limited number of “Practice fee application forms” will be available at the International Aikido Seminar. Please prepare it before your visit, or come with enough time to write it before the class.
For Seminar participants who wish to practice at Hombu Dojo, but who are not yet members enrolled in Aikikai, please check the guidance at Hombu Dojo’s front desk.
