親愛的本部認可組織，

本函已同步傳送至所有本部認可組織，內容是關於2027年1月開鏡日典禮的推薦晉段程序。貴會沒有義務提交任何名單，除非有真正值得晉段的成員。

今年，相關文件有了顯著的改變。使用舊版文件將不被接受。請務必在填寫表格前閱讀所有文件。若您將提交推薦晉段申請，請依本函所附指引，以郵寄方式寄送所需文件。

所有文件必須於日本時間今年10月31日前送達本部道場。務必確保這些文件由推薦人簽署。所有申請將於十一月接受審核。晉升者將於十二月提前收到通知。官方公告與晉段將於明年一月的開鏡日揭幕儀式中進行。

請注意：

當你的評分委員會主席是四段或五段持有者時，他們無權推薦晉升五段及以上。你可以向本部道場町植芝光輝提出審議申請。若審議請求獲准，才繼續執行相關作業。請以與推薦申請晉段相同的方式提交所有審議申請。如果你需要更多相關資訊，請隨時與我們聯繫。耑此並致謝

Dear Hombu Recognized Organizations,

This information is sent to the Hombu Recognized Organizations regarding the Promotion by Recommendation process for the Kagamibiraki Ceremony of January 2027.

You are not obliged to submit any recommendations for promotion.

Please submit recommendations only when you have members who really deserve promotion.

This year, the paperwork for submitting recommendations has changed significantly.

Submissions using previous versions of the paperwork will not be accepted.

Please be sure to read all documents before filling out the forms.

If you will submit an application for Promotion by Recommendation as of the Kagamibiraki Ceremony 2027 for your members in accordance with the International Regulations, please send the required documents by post mail according to the guideline attached to this email.　

All documents must arrive at Hombu Dojo by October 31st (Japan Time).

Make sure that the documents are signed by the recommender.

All applications will be reviewed in November. Those who will be promoted will receive Advance Notice in December. Official announcement and promotion will occur at the Kagamibiraki Ceremony in January next year.

Please note:

When the Head of your Grading Committee is a 4th Dan or 5th Dan holder, they are not authorized to make recommendations for promotion to 5th Dan and above. You can send a Deliberation Request to Hombu Dojo-cho, Mitsuteru Ueshiba.

If the Deliberation Request is accepted, the recommendation will be carried out by Hombu.

Please send all Deliberation Requests in the same way as Promotion by Recommendation applications.

主   旨：有關財團法人合氣會世界合氣道本部合氣會段位申請，請轉知所屬學員，請查照。

說   明：

一. 依據「財團法人合氣會世界合氣道本部國際規程」辦理。

二. 如有符合資格及申請意願者，請於115年10月11日前自行下載填寫報名表，寄至本會聯絡人電子信箱ericchuang1@gmail.com。所需費用請郵寄至聯絡處或親自繳交本會聯絡人，費用含財團法人合氣會審查費(如說明四)及代辦費一人新台幣500元。申請二段以上者請附日本合氣會有段者證以利登錄。

三. 申請書電子檔請至本會官網(https://www.taiwan-aikido.org/)下載:首頁→章程規則 →合氣會晉段規則→ 合氣會晉段審查(初段-四段)或合氣會晉段推薦(五段-八段)。

四. 財團法人合氣會晉段資格及審查費如下:

（一）取得本國段位，而從未申請合氣會段位者，必須先從合氣會段位初段開始申請。

（二）經審查測驗通過年滿16歲以上，申請初段者費用日幣24,100元（包含合氣會有段者證）。

（三）經審查測驗通過取得本國二段者（已取得合氣會段位初段，請自計年資二年）可申請二段費用日幣20,000元，須附合氣會有段者證。

（四）經審查測驗通過取得本國三段者（已取得合氣會段位二段，請自計年資三年）可申請三段費用日幣30,000元，須附合氣會有段者證。

（五）經審查測驗通過取得本國四段者（已取得合氣會段位三段，請自計年資四年）可申請四段費用日幣40,000元，須附合氣會有段者證。

（六）經推薦取得本國五段者年滿40歲以上（已取得合氣會段位四段，請自計年資七年）可申請五段費用日幣70,000元，須附合氣會有段者證。

（七）經推薦取得本國六段者年滿40歲以上（已取得合氣會段位五段，請自計年資八年）可申請六段費用日幣80,000元，須附合氣會有段者證。

（八）經推薦取得本國七段者年滿60歲以上（已取得合氣會段位六段，請自計年資十五年）可申請七段費用日幣110,000元，須附合氣會有段者證。
